With an extreme passion for creativity, education, and empowering youths, Osaru Alile’s work spans various design disciplines while upholding one clear theme, ‘How can we make this better?’ She consciously finds opportunities to foster collaboration and explore the growth potential of people and places she encounters.

With over 20 years of strong professional experience in the interior design industry, Osaru’s work cuts across multiple sectors with a focus on mixed-use developments, hospitality, commercial workspaces, retail, and residential spaces. Over the years she (alongside her team) has successfully delivered over 150 sq mt. of unique space solutions.

Osaru’s touch however expands beyond Interior Design. She plays a dynamic role in fashion retail, product design, and the ‘design as a social activator’ space.

Her journey has undoubtedly been a natural response to needs and gaps in the creative design industry, and community; with a motivation to push the boundaries by telling unique African stories through design.

As a Pro-African creative force who has over time proven that tenacity, hard work, and desire to serve can produce a dynamic burst of life. Osaru has been featured in various international publications; including Architectural Digest, Design Edit, and Netflix, and has been named as a woman shaping design by House Beautiful Magazine!
